Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born into an ethnically mixed family. Her father is Nigerian Swiss and her mother is English. She grew up on a south London community estate, where she attended The Brit School at age fourteen. In London, she studied at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in which her acting diploma was earned. As a student at the academy and performing in numerous stage plays, including King Henry V as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. Since then, she's made guest appearances in Teachers, Doctors, Casualty, and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film appearance was in Woody Allen's 2007 film Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. After that she was cast as Elisha in the one-off BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN, and appeared in six episodes of Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. In 2008, the actress was offered Bambi who was the leading character on ITV2's show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also starred as the title character in How to lose friends & betray people, which was released by Sony Pictures Entertainment back in the year 2008. She also appeared on the screen in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path written directed by David Watson.
Madekwe had her official US debut in the 2009 drama series The Beautiful Life, which just aired two episodes on The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge as of February 2011. The show premiered in May 2013 and it was announced that Madekwe who had been a series regular in the previous two seasons had decided to quit the show following a guest appearance in the premiere episode of the new season. From 2014-2016, Madekwe starred as Tituba on the show Salem. Her long-time friend, Iddo, married Madekwe in June of 2012. They've collaborated on Secret Diary of a Call Girl and also was a character in the television series Salem.

Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into the extended family of a huge, large. The four brothers she had were also in the family and included twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's athletic brothers played baseball during summers as well as hockey in winter. Ashley never actually walked -she did dance, so at age two and a half she took up Baby Ballet -and she fell in love with. It was then that she discovered Ashley's interest in dance. Until she graduated from High School, Ashley danced competitively in the top divisions in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, acrobatics, lyrical, musical theatre and hip hop. The major dance festivals, like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and others, have awarded her with the title "top individualist".
