Ariel Winter (born Ariel Winter Workman on Janurary 28 1998 located in Los Angeles California) is an American performer, actress and vocalist. Ariel Winter started her career as an actress at a young age and was featured in an Cool Whip advertisement when she was just six years old. Her first television appearance was in an episode of the CBS show Listen Up! program at the age of 7. Later on she was a part of such shows as Monk Bones or ER. Gretchen was a part of Disney Original Channel's animated series Phineas and Ferb as of 2007. Her first performance in live-action came the following year as Alex Dunphy of the hit television show Modern Family. Along with her fellow cast members, she was awarded four Screen Actors' Guild Awards for the Most Outstanding Ensemble Performance of the category of Comedy Series.
