Sadoski began his career on stage as an actor's understudy for Mark Ruffalo (Mark Rosenthal) in the Off-Broadway production at the Second Stage Theatre of Kenneth Lonergan's critically acclaimed play This is Our Youth. This production was the beginning of many productions for the New York-based theatre group. He has performed in numerous Broadway and Off Broadway productions as well as many productions in regional theaters. He played Greg in Neil LaBute's Play Reasons to Be Beautiful at the MCC Theatre with his Newsroom co-star Alison Pill. It was a highly-acclaimed Off-Broadway production that was a huge success and sold to the max. In April of 2009, it relocated to Broadway where it received three Tony Award nominations: Best Actor: Sadoski; Best Actress: Marin Ireland; Best Play as well as three Drama Desk Award nominations: Best Actor Best Director Terry Kinney and Best Actor. 6. Neil LaBute gives credit to Sadoski for his noted shift in tone and the reasons for being attractive, which was inspired by his earlier plays. "His own thoughtfulness and good heart helped me to avoid reverting back on anything I'd previously done," he said. My plays always end in a dark place.
